One of the best rock albums ever made, and Scott Weiland is one of the best singers of the 90’s and 00’s.

The land became purple with jealousy. In the land of make believe? Go Purple EP! What a task let me Apologize for my friends here, they have purple passion.

Who writes this crap for itunes album reviews? For f-sakes people, find somebody who actually listens to music to write your reviews.

Obviously Interstate Love Song is awesome, but I think that Still Remains is the most underrated song on the album.

Every song on this album is fantastic and we were packing stadiums every weekend to see these guys. In the late nineties I bought this CD over a dozen times due to wearing it out. If you do not own this album, you are missing out on a large part of rock music history.
  • One of the best albums of all time.

Undoubtedly the best album of the 90s and one of the best albums of all time. Purple shows the band at peak form. With songs like “Interstate Love Song” and “Big Empty” STP showcased their heaviness along with their softer side. Something rarely seen in the band’s debut album. While the band would go on to release mediocre albums with some hits and lots of misses, Purple remains the band’s crowning achievement. RIP Scott Weiland, one of the greatest songwriters of all time.
